The Bryn Athyn College Distinguished Speaker Series welcomes Walter E. Williams, Professor of Economics at George Mason University, to present a lecture on “The Role of Government in a Free Market Economy.”

Dr. Williams is the widely published, critically acclaimed columnist and author of over 150 publications featured on Crossfire, Face the Nation, Macneil/Lehrer and Wallstreet Week. His most recent works include Liberty versus the Tyranny of Socialism (2008) and Reaganism and the Death of Representative Democracy (2003). Dr. Williams is known for his wit and intelligence and this promises to be both an enlightening and entertaining evening.
